Key Personal
The founder, Late Mr. P. Govind Raju, is trained in Rubber Board, Kottayam and MRF, Chennai in both rubbers moulding technique and tyre technology. After his demise his son Mr. Kaviraj. Pilla has commanded the company. The Managing Director Mr. Kaviraj. Pilla is a science graduate from Andhra University, having an experience of 15years, has undergone technical review about rubber moulding process and chemical composition in IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal. Accompanied with his brother Mr. Krishnamraju. Pilla, Executive Director, he is now running the concern successfully.
Infrastructure
We have installed all the required machineries and equipment at our manufacturing plant that ensure for international quality production. Some of our higher end machinery at our base are Heavy Duty Hydraulic Presses, Extruders, Mixing Mills, Calendar Machine, Auto Claves, Compressors, Steam Boilers, etc. To prepare any kind of MS-moulds, brass and other metal components for molding with rubber products or to make any extruded profiles, we have our own Lathe Machine, Shaping Machine, Milling Machine, Drilling Machine and Surface Grinding Machine. We have High Frequency Spark Testing Machine especially used for testing rubber lined tanks and Chemical Weighing Machines. The testing equipment used by us for maintaining the quality level at the maximum are Tensile Testing, Elongated Scale, Dial Thickness Gauge, Thermometers, Dial Gauge Vernier, Electric Resistance Test Equipment, etc.
Factory Profile
The factory is located in Auto Nagar Industrial Area, Gajuwaka, Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh with a land measuring 1950 sq. meters with a constructed plinth area 7900 sq. ft. The factory is well equipped and established with all modern facilities required for running without any interruption. We are the registered contractors and suppliers to many Govt., Semi-govt., Public and Private Sectors. Our company is self-financed by the managing director for fixed assets i.e. land, building and machinery and other assets.
